Matthew Cronin

With over 30 years of experience in dental research, Dr. Matthew J. Cronin has dedicated his career to advancing the field of dentistry through science .and innovation. A former Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Naval Reserve, he brings a strong sense of discipline, service, and integrity to all he does.

Matthew’s connection to Vermont runs deep—his parents purchased property in the Northeast Kingdom in the early 1960s, and he spent summers here throughout his youth. Those formative experiences led him to share the region’s beauty with his own family, returning each year to enjoy fishing, skiing, exploring the outdoors, and building lasting memories. In 2010, he made the Northeast Kingdom his permanent home.

Deeply rooted in this community and passionate about its natural surroundings, Matthew brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge, life experience, and genuine appreciation for Vermont’s way of life.
