Matt had helped me sell a higher dollar home in poor economic times prior to going into foreclosure . Great Job Matt. As I understand it, Matt's forte is underwater houses, and preforeclosure deals that he can Short Sell to the public. A worthy pursuit these days for the one that get's the job done. I have had several realtor's, Attorney's, my own work with the Bank's, and others and had gotten no ware. Great Job Matt. And I have another one for you.

Definitely recommend Matt and his team. This was our first time selling a home, and he was there every step of the way, answering every question and making sure we understood the process. Selling a home certainly made the phrase, expect the unexpected come to life, but Matt kept us calm and focused. For every issue that arose, from an unexpected chimney issue to anti tipping brackets for a stove, Matt had contractors and contacts for us to contact. All of whom were licensed, knowledgeable and very helpful. We also purchased a home, and Matt's team helped here as well. Again, providing help, patience and knowledge every step of the way. Matt helped us get out of a home via a short sale. He is extremely knowledgable about the technical workings of a short sale and the laws. He navigated us through some bank obstacles and with patience, we were able to complete the sale. Matt saved me from buying a house that I would have regretted! I was at a picnic and he heard that I was going to make an offer on a house the very next day. I bought my first home in NJ at the end of 2013. I got an amazing deal on a short sale. Being a first time home buyer, I was pretty lost and easily confused on the entire home buying process. Matt and his team were Aces. Matt got me such a great deal my home was appraised for $10,000 more than I bought it for ( this was before I even had the keys! ). Matt also made sure all the closing costs were paid buy the seller, which saves me another $5,500!
