Matthew Dicken

Matt Dicken is a licensed realtor in PA and NJ who works actively with sellers, buyers, and investors. Matt grew up in Cape May, NJ and has strong ties to the Philadelphia region. Matt is a graduate of Villanova University, and after living in Hoboken, NJ for seven years, he returned to Philadelphia (Fishtown) in 2018 to raise his family. Prior to receiving his Real Estate license, Matt worked several years in the Risk Management industry. His passion for working with people and his love for the Greater Philadelphia area drove him into a career in Real Estate. Matt loves the culture, diversity and historical elements of Philadelphia, with each neighborhood bringing its own dynamic feel and energy, making it one of the best cities to live in on the East Coast. As a Fishtown resident, he has strong grasp of Philadelphia neighborhoods and prides himself on getting to know his clients and what they’re looking for in a home. In his spare time, Matt enjoys working out, traveling, trying new restaurants in Philadelphia and spending time with his wife and two children, Reese and Case…oh and everything Philly sports.
