Matthew Edwards first attained his real estate license in Boulder, CO, where he not only sold real estate but also worked in construction, giving him a greater understanding and knowledge of all aspects of homebuilding. He has been with Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate since 2004 as a consistent Top Producer.

Matthew has continued his work with luxury builders selling new homes, as well as helping investors sell renovated properties. He has successfully marketed big developments including Uptown’s 3030 Bryan [Modern Luxury Lofts] and Place Privot [Luxury Townhomes], and magnificent estate properties such as Champ d’Or ($69 million list price). Matthew’s emphasis today is on working with sellers and buyers in the Preston Hollow, Park Cities, Uptown, Lakewood, Farmers Market and East Dallas.
