Matthew Feathers

Matthew Feathers is a licensed Realtor in the state of TN and the Operations Manager at Nashville Advantage Real Estate Advisors. Nashville Advantage is a Residential Real Estate firm that is based out of Franklin, TN, and services all of the Middle TN area. Matthew is a Bristol, TN native and graduate of Maryville College, where he received a BA in Business & Organizational Management and lettered on the varsity baseball team for four years. Since joining Nashville Advantage in 2015, Matthew has prided himself in cultivating and growing our team in addition to caring for our clients. He is committed to helping our employees attain their personal and professional goals and exceeding client expectations in every transaction. Helping people is truly his passion. Outside of Real Estate, you’ll find Matthew spending time with his wife, Kelly, and their three boys, Maddux, Rhett, and Wells. He also enjoys rooting for the Tennessee Volunteers. In the Fall of 2017, Matthew began helping the Cinc training team with monthly Cinc U training in Phoenix and Atlanta. In addition to the monthly gatherings, he is an ongoing resource to Cinc clients and the internal team as a user and practitioner himself.
