Matthew came highly recommended when I was seeking a realtor a couple of months ago. His knowledge and expertise in the housing market as well as his years of experience in the industry was an excellent match for this first time home buyer. After an initial discussion of what I was looking for in a home, Matthew found several homes that fit the profile and it did not take long before I was going through the closing process for my first house. Being a first time home buyer I was a little scared of the process and had a lot of questions. I don’t generally post reviews but thought I would because Matt did a wonderful job. He was very kind, patient, professional and made the process stress free for my husband and I. Matt met with us a few times, always kept in touch over text, emails and phone calls. There was never a time I felt lost throughout this process, which is what I was scared of. He always made sure we knew what to expect and gave us great advice. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and I thank Matt for helping us find our beautiful house. Will definitely be referring him to others!

It is my second time for me to buy houses with Matt's help. I would ask him again for the future purchases and sales. Real estate transactions usually involve large amount of money and careful decisions, and trust is more important for me than short term conveniences.

(After purchasing the new house) Matt helped me to sell my old house with fantastic return with such an ease on my side. Of course, the market was hot, but he did bring buyer willing to pay more than what most others didn't realize. It was a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend him.

Matthew is a FANTASTIC Realtor! We recently completed our first house purchase and going into it we had very little knowledge of what to expect. And, of course, in the current housing market in Phoenix, we were terrified of the competition that we figured we would confront. Matthew deftly guided us through the process and managed our expectations and anxieties, quickly answering every text and email with complete and wholly accurate answers to our questions or concerns.

As our buyer's agent, he was aggressive in negotiating on our behalf, which we greatly appreciated. We put in offers on three different houses, the third being the one we purchased. We couldn't be any happier with our experience, and that was all due to Matthew and the incredible team of people he has assembled.

If your looking for a great realtor in the Phoenix area Matthew is your guy!
He helped us research homes from out of state until we were able to come to down for showings.
Once we made it here we had found our home in 3 days and our offer was accepted 3 days after that.
The closing process was smooth even with a few hiccups! Overall he did an amazing job in a tough market!

I was looking for a home in 3 cities, and I chose Matthew for the Phoenix market. Matthew held a call with me remotely to determine price range, style, and most of all, what I wanted. I made two trips to Phoenix and we never looked at anything that was not catering to my needs. Despite minimal inventory, we kept in touch weekly on properties on and off the list, and when we viewed homes, Matthew quickly tuned in on what I ideally wanted. It had to be remodeled, no work to be done, with a pool, and ready to move into. Those are what he showed me. Great professional, knows the market, and will work dilegently on finding the right place where you can call home. He quickly guided me to the best restaurants in the city so I could get a great flavor of Scottsdale and Phoenix which was an extra bonus. As a stranger there, this was really helpful. You will really enjoy the professionalism of Matthew.

We were so fortunate to have found Matthew! As our realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood and negotiated the right price for us. He was genuine right from the start. We called Matthew Wednesday to discuss our expectations and needs. Matthew went straight to work and had houses lined up all day on Saturday. He owned it and delivered with fast results. We met Matt @ a charity event and because of that knew our values were already aligned in our community. We had an agent already but keep his information just in case we ever needed it, as it turns out we did shortly after our chance meeting.
