Matthew Ficorilli

Matthew has been a licensed Realtor® since 2013. He operates out of the Bloomfield office. To Matthew there is nothing better than helping guide a first time home buyer purchase their first home. He has worked with first time home buyers, helping sellers list and sell their home, and also works with investors. He specializes in working with residential developers who purchase, rehab, and resell homes throughout the Pittsburgh area.

Matthew is a board member of the Bloomfield Development Corporation. BDC's mission is to support, promote, and enhance Bloomfield. Matthew is on the real estate development subcommittee and is working in collaboration with BDC staff to help the businesses in Bloomfield. BDC also started the Bloomfield Saturday Market
