Matthew Garvis

Matthew Garvis has been living in the real estate world since childhood. The son of a dynamic and very successful broker named Janice Jamail-Garvis. This incredibly successful role model ultimately inspired him to make the transition into his own successful real estate career. Matthew strives to be the best possible agent for each of his clients, because each one is unique and requires different skills in their agent-partner. Success is where opportunity meets preparation is the mantra that Matthew lives by. Matthew approaches each transaction with a positive attitude and sense of humor that allows his clients to enjoy the process and relieves much of the natural stress that accompanies such an endeavor as buying or selling a home, whether their own or one for investment. A Houstonian since 1980 Matthew is educated at Strake Jesuit, Texas A&M University (BBA) and the Ohio State University (MBA). Matthew has been in the sales side of business for over 30 years and uses that experience to help negotiate for his clients, and to protect and educate them every step of the way.
