About Matthew

As a native San Franciscan who was raised in the avenues and the back roads of Sonoma County, Matthew’s professional resume includes nearly 30 years in sales and marketing with nearly two decades of real estate experience. Since 2002, he has established a top producing sales record of over 220 sold residential and commercial properties. He knows “The Bay Area” like the back of his own hand including their vital public transportation routes, schools, restaurants, state parks and all of the special hidden gems that make living there so unique.

Having sold in nearly all 9 Bay Area counties, his specialties include Single Family Homes, Multi-Unit Apartment Buildings, Hi-Rise and Luxury Condominiums and Tenancy In Common properties. He has become quite versed in the intricate legalities of rent control ordinance, condo conversions and just cause evictions. He has also worked with many investor clients to help purchase, renovate and resell homes known as "flipping projects".

In addition to being a member of the San Francisco Board of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and National Board of Realtors, Matthew supports local charities and nonprofit groups such as the SF SPCA, Guardsmen Foundation and the SGI-USA.
