Matt is awesome to work with. At our first meeting with him at our home he was exited and energetic. First impressions are important to me and I immediately felt like i could trust Matt. Matt knows his business and we were amazed at his reach in getting our house out there to potential buyers and he priced it just right. His professionalism is second to none. Having never sold a home before, we definitely had some anxiety and Matt was extremely responsive to texts and calls at any time of day or evening. He assured us we would have no trouble selling and he was right. He got our home sold in just over 4 days for more than our asking price! Would not hesitate to recommend Matt (actually already have) to anyone selling or buying a home.

TL;DR - Buying or selling? Look no further.

Matt answered a request from me late one night, and was out with me looking at a home the next day because he scheduled it first thing the next morning. This is just one of many examples, but Matt listened to my needs/wants for a house, and looked until we found the one that I now own. The market at the time of my purchase was hectic for buyers, and Matt discussed each offer with me to ensure that it would be heard.

If you want a realtor that gets the job done, doesn't abandon you once you're under contract pending close, you've found the right guy. I'll be using Matt for all of my home buying/selling needs in the future.

This was our first home-selling experience, so needless to say we were nervous and full of questions. Matt was patient and knowledgeable and made the whole process actually a pretty great experience. His advice on our “staging,” and the resulting high-end photos and video of the house were unbelievable. I’m so grateful to have our wonderful home and memories encapsulated in them, as a side bonus.
