Matt is awesome to work with. At our first meeting with him at our home he was exited and energetic. First impressions are important to me and I immediately felt like i could trust Matt. TL;DR - Buying or selling? Look no further.

Matt answered a request from me late one night, and was out with me looking at a home the next day because he scheduled it first thing the next morning. This is just one of many examples, but Matt listened to my needs/wants for a house, and looked until we found the one that I now own. The market at the time of my purchase was hectic for buyers, and Matt discussed each offer with me to ensure that it would be heard.

If you want a realtor that gets the job done, doesn't abandon you once you're under contract pending close, you've found the right guy. I'll be using Matt for all of my home buying/selling needs in the future.
