Matt was so patient with my house hunting. He would respond so quickly when I wanted to go see a home. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time. He once told me I will know it is the right house as soon as I walk in the door. He was right, after 9 months of searching I finally found my dream home.

Matt was AWESOME with helping us buy our first home. He was always very patient and helpful with showings and always had our best interest in mind. For most of the process we were in Georgia where my husband was stationed in the Army and Matt made our process of moving back home very smooth. Very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We would recommend Matt to any one buying or selling a home. We couldn’t have done it without him!!

We’ve been working with Matt for almost four years now. We’ve purchased a large piece of land in Mancelona and a home in Traverse City. We are currently under contract on a home we are selling which was on the market for less than 24 hours before we received a full price offer. Matt has been nothing less than our greatest asset.

Since we live and work (M-F) in S.E. Michigan, our schedule is always very tight. We usually only have 1 day (Saturday) to tackle everything. This can be incredibly taxing for a realtor. He has other clients, paperwork, negotiations, contracts all riding on his shoulders- not to mention just finding time to grab a meal or see his family. If it weren’t for Matt’s willingness and flexibility to accommodate our schedule, we never would have been able to accomplish what we have. And that’s just the beginning.

Once we did find our properties, we needed a bank, inspectors, survey agents, builders, well & septic professionals- I could go on and on. It seems as though Matt knows everyone. He found us an incredible group of people who were kind, honest, and willing to work with us even though we were 200+ miles away. He did all these things in his signature laid-back style giving us his complete attention. He’s even been a sounding board to answer questions or offer advice when solicited. Honestly, I don’t know how he manages it all. He’s just simply – THE BEST!
