Matthew Konkel

Matthew Konkel thinks of himself as more than just a Spokane Realtor. He refers to himself as a trusted home consultant and believes that title should be earned and evident to all of the clients he works with. While Matthew grew up in Pullman, he has spent the last two decades coming into the larger city which has allowed him to see the transformation of the stunning city. In fact, it was this very transformation that led Matthew to move into Spokane as an adult and now he has lived in the city for over seven years enjoying its beauty and vibrant downtown scene. He often speaks of how Spokane is the perfect place to call home because it truly has something for everyone, and he transfers that enthusiasm to his clients when showing them the layout of the city and exciting real estate opportunities.

Matthew graduated from Gonzaga University Magna Cum Laude with a Masters in Sports and Athletic Administration. He believes his background in athletic management has taught him to be proactive, detail-oriented, driven, and patient - all qualities that make him a stronger Spokane real estate agent. Before he started working in the real estate business he was an intern Assistant Athletic Director at Gonzaga Preparatory High School and also an Athletic Equipment Management for Eastern Washington University. He believes that his time working in these jobs prepared him for a career in real estate as they helped him learn the three core values of real estate: efficiency, communication, and hassle-free results.
