Whether this means politely notifying potential buyers walking in and out of other open houses in the area about your incredible home just up the block [and we happen to also be having an open house for you that day], to spending hours scouring the internet and message boards for buyers who are inquiring about your area, or even directly reaching out to new families who could possibly be looking to settle into a home…I will go above and beyond to find you a qualified buyer and get that sale through. Thanks to my background in online and offline marketing, as well as ad campaign development and strategy, I will employ unique and impactful methods to draw buyers into your home and to bring those offers forward (and yes, of course I will still make use of those traditional home sales marketing techniques).
