Matthew Little

Matt has sold and leased nearly one billion dollars in commercial real estate and relocated over 175 companies since joining Westlake Associates in 1992. He became Principal in 1996 and has recently partnered with his son, Tyler Little. Matt specializes in Industrial and Office Sales and Leasing, Property Management, Real Estate Investment Sales, and Real Estate Loan Analysis. He also manages a portfolio of apartments, commercial and industrial buildings.

Matt graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Business, emphasis on marketing from Washington State University. He earned Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation (CCIM), the highest designation obtainable in Commercial Real Estate. Sharing a love of cycling, Matt & Tyler have made the full day Seattle to Portland trek every year for the past decade.
