Matthew Maddalone

Matt and Fonda, high school sweethearts born and raised in the Capital Region of New York, began their real estate career together in 1998. In the span of that year, they welcomed the first of their four daughters and purchased their first of many investment properties where they managed, maintained, and improved multi-family homes. Soon after their real estate career began, they took a leap of faith and left their full-time positions as a restaurant manager and home health care manager to engulf themselves in their newfound love for real estate!

When the real estate economy took a downward toll, they found themselves needing to make a career move. They put their heads together and decided to put their years of experience to good use and start an interior design, painting, and home improvement company. Their company grew to be a reputable one, bringing much success, and continues to operate in New York! Simultaneously, one of them (Fonda!) joined hands in partnership to run and grow a dance studio that developed to be the largest of its kind in the area.

As their desire to get back into buying and selling real estate grew, they sought out places to relocate to transfer back into their passion successfully. Charlotte was at the top of their radar, and they quickly fell in love with the Queen City's beauty, originality, and people. While exploring Charlotte's diverse areas and seeing the continuous growth in the economy, they knew right away that this city would be the perfect place for their family to call home and carry out their life goals as business partners.
