Matt helped us buy our first house! We knew nothing about the process - first time home buyers, limited budget, and in the Nashville’s hot market. Matt walked us through the process and took care of everything. He was always available at any time I needed to text him, he met us on weekends and late at nights to accommodate our schedule, he offered multiple solutions to any roadblocks we faced and had an answer to any questions we had. Matt knows the market inside and out and is still our go to person in terms of home buying and selling!

Matt made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Take it from me, you will not have that experience with Matt Marcus!

He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to show me every house I wanted to see; Even those that I'm sure he knew I wouldn't like or just weren't right for me. He never made me feel uncomfortable, or pressured, and helped me every step of the way!

Matt and I have known each other for 5 years now (sheesh). One thing cant stand about Sales people is when the “Sell” comes before the relationship. (I get it we all need money to support ourselves). Matt values his relationships personal and professional - and you can feel how genuine he is when your communicating or in his presence. When it came time to buy a house – I reached out to Matt -knowing that he was a realtor from small talk. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable but he is also patient. As a First-time home buyer – I’m sure I was not an “Easy” client. I wanted to see a certain number of houses and had lots of questions. He entertained all my curiosities. Matt is a “Value-Add” relator who is not pushy. He cares about what you Value and what your financial limits are. My budget was tight for the Nashville Market – I now live in a cute green house, with a quarter of an acre yard, fenced for my Pup, room to garden, with a parking Pad in the back! I am glad we were patient because I out shot my coverage with this home. Thanks Matt for partnering with me to find a place I’m happy to come home to everyday !!

I have nothing but good things to say about my and my wife's experience with Matt as our realtor. Not only was this our first time going through the homebuying process, but we did so from another state during the pandemic. Matt still somehow made it all work, and he did so while remaining almost constantly available. He answered all of our questions promptly, provided great advice about all manner of issues surrounding homeowning, and did whatever he could to lessen our anxiety about taking such a huge step. Matt brings everything you need in a realtor in this market. Kind, cordial, professional, and aggressive.

He sat with me, guy to know me, and my taste. He worked hard to find the home that fit my criteria.
Once we find the home I wanted, he made sure that we put in the best offer.

Matt and I got connected from a few running groups we’re both in. And when I was finally ready to be on the market to buy a new house, Matt was the first person I thought of. I would always eavesdropped on his conversations as he shared what he does for a living. He always struck me as someone is fully invested in his career but more importantly someone who cared if you are making the right decision for yourself. My experience was pretty easy because I knew what I wanted and had much of the home search already done for a new build. But I didn’t expect the delays and setbacks with the builder. Luckily, I was very blessed to have Matt guided me during the process. He worked through some difficult conversations and put my anxiety at ease. He was always responsive to every texts and emails I sent. He showed up to every walkthroughs planned and unplanned. The inspections and the closing process were quick and painless. All thanks to Matt. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an experienced and caring agent.
