Matthew Mellinger

After graduating with an MBA from the UW Foster Business School in 2010, Matt got his start in real estate during challenging times of the Financial Crisis, negotiating short sales for distressed homeowners. Those negotiations later caught the eye of a few local and foreign investors interested in expanding their reach into the greater Seattle - Bellevue metropolitan area. Over the last half decade, he has grown a small portfolio of managed properties, while networking with a couple selects builders, to create a niche business offering that focuses on optimizing property values and returns. Outside of real estate, he enjoys traveling with his family, learning about new cultures and languages, cooking, snowboarding, and hiking out in the beautiful Pacific Northwest!
