Matthew Mroczko

Matt is focused on understanding his client’s needs and leading them through their most important
decisions. Matt comes to New Haus Group with nearly a decade of leadership experience in high-stress
situations as a police supervisor for a large local city. Dealing with stressful situations as a police officer
has developed his skill set in navigating through real estate transactions and negotiations with ease.
Matt’s strongest abilities are multi-tasking, out-of-the box thinking, and effective communication. He is
a native of New Britain, CT and has strong ties to his community. Matt has been a real estate
entrepreneur and investor since 2019 and understands the fluid real estate market. He is bilingual and
fluent in the Polish language.
