Matthew Neill

As a New Home Specialist, Matt Neill matches up buyers with
builders and their new home communities throughout OKC,
Edmond, Norman, Yukon, and Piedmont. From large-scale
masterplan developments to boutique neighborhoods with
custom builders, Matt has his finger on the pulse of projects
throughout the metro area.

Matt is an accomplished Real Estate Planner and Seniors Real
Estate Specialist (SRES®). His strategy sessions provide clients
with a customized plan that helps them build, protect, and
transfer wealth while creating a legacy. As a Keller Williams-
affiliated brokerage, Matt’s team operates with a national
network of support, creating a higher standard of service.

Matt’s focus is always community first. Nowhere is community
more valued than with those who have honorably served our
country and continue to lead with determination and fervent
passion. As a KW Military Pro, Matt is always learning the latest
tools to support active military, veterans, and their families at the
highest level. His wife, Lisa, works at the OKC VA Hospital.

Matt is a partner in Frenzy Brewing, a family-oriented brewery in
a historic space in downtown Edmond. He is passionate about
being engaged with the local community and has held a book
drive and fundraiser for local disadvantaged schools. Most
recently he has supported Socks for Seniors which provides for
seniors at the VA Hospital and the surrounding OKC metro area.

Matt’s favorite pastime: cheering on the Thunder at games with
his granddaughter.
