Matthew Penner

Matthew grew up in Bedford, NH, and was an avid skier and snowboarder at Bretton Woods, where his parents had purchased a second home in 1996. During his high school years, he worked as a ski instructor for Bretton Woods’ Hobbits Ski Program. The bulk of his professional experience comes from the food service industry, having worked for the food service distribution company his parents owned and operated up until its sale in 2006, and working for the purchasing company thereafter. Matthew has also worked on the front end of the food service industry in his former position as a server at a Tío Juan's Margaritas Mexican Restaurant location in Massachusetts and you may have seen him serving or behind the bar at Fabyan’s Station at the Mount Washington Resort. Matthew had a previous stint with Peabody & Smith Realty as a licensed executive assistant and rental agent in 2012 and returned to the company in 2017 as a licensed sales associate and looks forward to working in both the Twin Mountain and Bretton Woods area to help promote the lifestyle he grew up to love. Matthew obtained his broker's license in June of 2020 as a next step in furthering his real estate career. When he is not working, he enjoys playing softball and volleyball as well as enjoying the area’s scenic roads riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
