Matthew Pierce

Matthew Pierce is a First Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap in Boston, MA. He specializes in representing clients in the advisory services, acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily and mixed-use investment assets as well as land development sites for private investors and institutional clients throughout Greater Boston and New England.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Pierce was a Top Gun Graduate at IBM and focused on sales and client relations throughout North America, and later a Business Partner for the London-based, Smiths Group. Mr. Pierce is a graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
