Matthew Posusta

Matt has been a Real Estate Agent since 2014, and a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2017. A seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in different roles Matt brings a ton of ‘extras’ to the table. Prior to getting into the real estate business Matt was a highly successful leader in the corporate space where he was a Vice President at Citi & Wells Fargo where he spent approximately 15 years leading teams of 450+ team members across multiple geographic locations. Matt has a wealth of experience in nearly all areas of the mortgage/home buying process; from sales to originations to collections and home preservation. Matt and his wife Jen have been married for 24 years and have 3 daughters, and they have lived in Ankeny since 2001. Matt is very active in the community and has served as the PTO President of NE Elementary and is the current President of the Ankeny Centennial Basketball Club. As the Managing Broker Matt’s focus is on helping others succeed, and exceed their own personal expectations.
