When we decided to sell our home -Matt advised us from the beginning. He explained everything and helped us get above asking price for our home. He is very knowledgeable and very responsive. When it was time for us to purchase a new home - we dragged him all over looking at houses and he never seemed annoyed or impatient which put us at ease. We were able to find a great house thanks to Matt. We highly recommend him,

Matt was wonderful and very helpful. He worked with us from beginning to end and made sure to stay on top of things throughout the entire process. He gave suggestions on updates we could make that wouldnt break the bank but would help sell the house more quickly. He gave honest opinions on offers that came in and lenders buyers were working with instead of jumping at the first offer that came along. Explained every part of the process in detail and made sure we were comfortable with each step before moving forward. He worked hard to make sure deadlines were met and actually got us to the closing table far more quickly than anticipated. We never felt pressured on any decisions that needed to be made, but he made sure we were as informed as possible. We will definitely recommend him to anyone needing an amazing realtor!
