He was always available to answer any questions, gives you an honest answer and upfront with what the expectations are. It was an absolute pleasure working with Matt on the other end of the transaction. I was an agent of the sellers and he was the agent of the buyers. From the start, Matt was very nice, respectful and easy to get along with. We dealt with a couple issues until the sale closed and Matt stayed in constant communication and was always very professional and knowledgeable. Matt, I truly enjoyed closing this sale with you and despite the issues we had to deal with, we both made a great team and at the end of it all, had both of our clients very satisfied with our services. As a mortgage professional, one thing that can be underrated is a referral network for a buyer. Matt's referrals all contributed greatly to the transaction, and helped to make my job easier.
