Our experience with Matt was more than great...it was amazing!! His integrity and tenacity make him and his services one of a kind. He listens and is engaging, he pays attention to the smallest of details, he is informative and realistic with the current market, he provides valuable information. I could go on and on.
Moving (especially cross county) is emotional and stressful and Matt took that stress away!!
He went above and beyond my expectations!!

My wife and I were looking to buy a house in the Lexington area - and coming from out of State, the task was already proving to be fairly involved, but Matt want above beyond with the showings and area insights only a local would know. Anyone looking to buy in the area should absolutely go with Matt - you'll be in great hands!

Unfortunately, in the middle of the process, we had to put things on hold due to personal work related reasons, however, we felt that Matt deserved a huge shoutout for his commitment to his clients. He's someone I'd work with in a heartbeat given another opportunity.

Matt is truly AMAZING! I had buyers remorse from a previous realtor who did not listen to what I wanted when I bought my first home. Unlike my first home buying experience, my selling and second home purchase through Matthew was easy and the overall experience was so much better.
