He is a consummate professional: knowledgeable of real estate laws, he performs tasks competently, he is responsive and often anticipates what needs to be done, and he's very courteous. Well folks, Matt Schorr doesn’t even wear a blazer. He’s not just every other realtor… although his ninja status is debatable.

Matt’s diligence, dedication to detail, and speeds at which he executes a deal is extraordinary. I barely lifted a finger; aside from my thumb to text him back and sign my Docusign’s, and he took care of all the rest.
Next thing I know, I sold my house in Tahoe at a price I liked in less than a month.

Matt has been the most helpful resource when it comes to searching for my home in the Tahoe area… He truly understands not only the entire business, But also just the basics of what makes it good property.

We’ve toured 4-5 homes so far, and with each visit we’ve learned All the different aspects of what to look out foot - from fire insurance, to what to look for in appliances, he really goes above and beyond with attention to detail to make sure you’re happy in your final decision.

Matt is a phenomenal agent. Even when times are tough during Covid he was still able to safely have the house shown, and created a 3-D listing of the house for people to view from hundreds of miles away. Due to Covid making me lose my job, i asked him to sell it as quickly as possible. He got it sold practically overnight and for thousands over asking price as well. He’s very professional and laid back, i will be using him once I’m ready to purchase a home when my family is ready!
