Since earning his real estate license in 2024, Matthew has quickly built experience across a wide range of transactions including first-time homebuyers, investment properties, solar homes, land purchases, renovation opportunities, and waterfront properties. Clients appreciate his direct communication, strong work ethic, and ability to guide them confidently through every stage of the real estate process.

Before transitioning into real estate, Matthew spent several years working in residential solar across the Florida Panhandle where he helped more than 180 homeowners install solar systems. This experience gives him a unique advantage when helping clients buy or sell homes with solar, allowing him to confidently navigate system valuation, financing or lease transfers, and how solar impacts a home’s value in today’s market.

Prior to his career in solar and real estate, Matthew built his foundation in high-performance sales industries, consistently ranking as a top producer. That negotiation and sales background now plays a major role in helping his real estate clients secure strong outcomes in today’s market.

Matthew is also a proud former member of the Alabama Army National Guard, where he served as an aircraft mechanic. The discipline, attention to detail, and work ethic developed during his service continue to shape the way he approaches every transaction.
