A Bellevue native, Matt brings the behind-the-scenes details on the neighborhoods, schools, parks, gyms, and restaurants across the Eastside. He’s a renaissance man with a passion for both new homes and historic architecture, and frequently collaborates with homebuilders. When his clients need connections to trusted lenders, home stagers, contractors or painters, Matt’s got plenty of recommendations to make. And he’s been known to show up with a shovel in hand if a tidy landscape will help close the sale.
