What more can I say for someone that went above and beyond for me during the sale of my house. Matt deserves Eleven stars for the job he did selling my house for me at the first open house. From meeting up and letting me know what should be fixed, updated, and being honest with everything through the whole process. Whenever anyone ask me about anything that has to do with a realtor, without delay, “talk to Matt, he will help you”.

As a former realtor myself, I knew Matt was the right choice to go with for selling our home and he did not disappoint. He was efficient in getting everything done going into the sale and our open house led to 9 offers, 4 of which were over asking price. From there, it was a quick process to get a contract in place and Matt busted his butt to close in a little less than one month, which was great for us as we were moving to a different state and already had a house in place there. 10/10 would highly recommend using Matt as your realtor if you are in the market to sell your home.

The day my wife and I reached out to Matt, I immediately knew we made the right decision. Prior to reaching out to him we were considering going the RedFin route, doing it all online ourselves and just bringing in a realtor to close a deal, and I am so I glad we didn't. Matt guided us through our home search with the patience, knowledge and, most importantly, honesty that we never would have received from an online reality site. He was our rock during this incredibly stressful time, always up for a call or a last minute Open House. He always provided accurate comparisons, and would tell us if we were going too high or too low on an offer, while always lettting us make the final decision with absolutely no pressure. It took a while, but we finally found the dream home we had been searching for, at a price that we could afford and that appraised right on the money!! A month after moving in, we still wake up in utter disbelief that we live here, and we absolutely couldn't have done it without Matt Tiso.

Matt is honestly a great guy. He's professional and down to earth, he knows what he's doing and he's great at it. We got very lucky with our find but knowing what he has done for family in the past, finding their dream home, I can't recommend him enough.
