Matt has been amazing from day 1 to say the least. He helped me purchase my first home as well as helped me sell that first home too. Both experiences were made extremely easy thanks to Matt. He is very honest, knowledgeable, professional, ethical as well as personable and accommodating. For anyone looking to buy or sell a home I can't say enough about Matt and how amazing he is. I know once I finish up my military contract and move back to the D.C. area to head back to work, one of my first calls will be to Matt so we can start looking for my next home.

Matt helped me and my wife find and close on our new home in February 2017. He also helped me sell my old house right after we bought our new one. It was a very stressful time during that period, technically having two mortgages, but Matt was able to talk and walk me through every step of the process to help keep my mind at ease. That is the main thing that I liked a lot about him, he spent a lot of his personal time talking to me about what the process would be like and made sure I knew what to look out for and what was expected. Some realtors will throw informational papers at you and tell you to read up, but Matt spent a lot of time making sure I was as informed as possible before making any decisions. I will definitely be using him and recommending him to any new buyers in the future. PS, Matt took that picture that's attached.

My wife and I worked with Matt on a sale and purchase over the course of several months as my family sought to move to another location. The challenges with the timing of both selling and buying were new to us but Matt did an incredible job walking us through the strategy and providing recommendations based on the depth of his knowledge/experience. Nobody understands the housing market in Maryland better than Matt.

Despite the length of our search, Matt did anything and everything to identify prospects, consult around the trade space/options associated with both the purchase and sale. He knew exactly what information we needed to know and we quickly developed a routine cadence around understanding all market movement and trends through sophisticated real-time data and tools that enhanced our experience dramatically. His flexibility and availablility throughout was unrivaled. He never tried to convince us to move on something we weren’t comfortable with (as I had experienced with other agents) and ensured he was as transparent as possible around the approach.

We finally found our home after 8 months that nailed every criteria we were looking for. Matt fought for the best possible deal and we ended up with a great price and perfect timing that made our transition as seamless as possible. His network of trusted connections (from financing to inspectors to general contractors to movers essentially) made him a one-stop shop for everything we needed as we navigated the highly complex transactions of buying and selling a home. His depth of knowledge around the entire process was like having an independent subject matter expert in advance of enagaging the people in those specialties.

Coming out of it, my family and kids don’t view him now as a former agent, we view him as a friend of the family. We could not have had a better and more thorough experience!
