Matt was terrific to work with as my listing agent on my Cherry Hill home ! He is very caring and leads you through the whole buying/selling process patiently and with the utmost professionalism and expertise. He worked diligently on the sale of my home and even when time came to move and our hired help cancelled at the last moment he stepped in to help us load the truck. Thank you for taking me through the process of buying my first home. Right at the start of the covid 19 crisis of FEB and March 2020, your knowledge of the real estate industry and detail oriented approach were needed assets that will continue to help people like me become happy homeowners. Being a disabled veteran yourself : you listened to understood my needs, you drove me to showings and all other appointments including VA doctor appointments and county government tax exemption appointments .

You conducted yourself professionally at all times and you were able to provide me with the knowledge to understand everything along the way. Your understanding of "situation dictates" emphasized in the military was still an ability that worked well in my home purchase.

I am a 100% disable combat veteran of Iraq and I recommend Mattew Trinkle to any veteran or anybody else who is looking for a hard working agent.
