When we decided to buy a house in the NJ area, we basically did a google search and put out a request for an agent. A lot responded, but Merita Gorenca came across special in a lot of ways. First, is her local knowledge of NJ and its associated laws and rules. She provided a lot of guidance which helped in avoiding some of the pitfalls that a lot of first-time buyers experience.
Next, is her connections. She practically provided all the leads that we needed to get the house bought - the mortgage company, lawyers, inspectors etc. Thanks to her, we had the offer accepted in August and in just over a month, we closed.
Finally, her tenacity and, yet, flexibility was awe-inspiring. She's a firm believer in getting the deal done and once she starts with you, she will be there throughout the process. She is upfront with the facts, firm on reasonable positions and very flexible on her availability. Once she initially reach out, she stayed in touch until to help us get the basics before actively looking. We had very short notice viewing appointments and she was there for all of them.
She made the entire process quite seamless and I strongly recommend her if you are interested in buying or selling in the NJ area.

My husband actually reached out to Matt from a listing we were interested in viewing. He had a great conversation with him but we never ended up viewing the listing. Cut to a few months later we had decided to put our home on the market and my husband knew we had to go with Matt. Matthew's advice and honest opinion were unmatched ...I had my doubts this could happen as that was not my first try but Mr. Tully had enough confidence for both of us and he lead the way .
At the closing I told Matthew " God bless you and your family " and I meant that from the bottom of my heart.
Keep up the good work Matt. we need more people like you.
