From domestic clients to complex international transactions, Matt’s team oversees all aspects of the transaction from negotiations to closing, and beyond, including property management services.

Throughout his career, Matt has brokered Real Estate transactions as an Agent, closed transactions as an Attorney, and even served as a Consultant and Expert Witness to banks and attorneys. He also holds a Master of Laws in Real Estate (LL.M.) from The University of Miami School of Law.

Real Estate is Matt’s passion! He grew up in a family that owned and operated a successful Real Estate firm which built and sold Residential & Commercial projects along the East Coast for over 25 years and learned at an early age what it takes to sell major projects, and close deals. He began his Real Estate career two decades ago by becoming the #1 Top-Producer for a Century21 firm, then built and managed the #2 Century21 team across multiple states, earning the prestigious “Grand Centurion Award” in his first 2 years.

Matt came to Miami in 2009 to pursue his LL.M. in Real Estate at The University of Miami School of Law and fell in love with the City’s vibrant cultural scene and tropical climate.

Matt leads an active lifestyle that includes running, weight-training, organizing and attending social events, and is very active in his Church. He is learning how to speak conversational Spanish. In his spare time, he enjoys yachting, theater, and traveling internationally.
