Matt Weaver has always been right there for us. He found us the lovely home we live in now. I am always on the lookout for that "just right" home with one floor living. Matt never refuses my requests to show us what we'd like to see. And he also is very open about why this may or may not be the right move for us. I will recommend Matt Weaver to anyone who asks if I know a good realtor. I do, and Matt is!

So, this is my second review of Matt Weaver. We loved the home he found for us (before it even hit the market!) nearly five years ago. But as time goes by, we were looking to downsize. Once again, Matt found us the perfect smaller home, smaller yard, while keeping us in my beloved Grandview Heights. He is always there for any and all questions we may have. Matt is reliable, has a wonderful personality, and is always there when you need him. I recommend Matt Weaver to anyone who asks.

Matt and Cindy have been one of the best Realtors my husband and I have ever dealt with during our 53 years of marriage and past purchases of 6 homes.
