Property Management:
· Lead property management division including but not limited to over managing 180 single
and multi family units, evictions, tenant approvals, lease preparation, property preservation
and maintenance, Sec 8 listings, accounting
· Knowledgeable on Florida landlord/tenant/eviction laws
· Prepare and facilitate Monthly Business Reviews for executive and client meetings
· Act as advocate for organization with internal business partners and external parties to
focus on driving solutions to meet client needs, compliance and returns for the business and
investors
· Manage day to day Property Preservation operations
· Vast knowledge of contract services including cost projections in completing complete
renovations, general clean outs, roof repairs and replacement, mold remediation’s, tear downs
and other related property preservation issues.
· Manage the relationships with title companies, attorney firms, mortgage insurance and
appraisers
· Manage budget development, expense control, accounts receivables and payables
· Central point of contact for updates to key strategic business initiative
· Strong knowledge in preparing and determining BPO pricing and the entire REO marketing
and bring to close process
Marketing and Sales:
· Responsible for creating presentations and ad campaigns
· Manage long term accounts and new business relationships
· Created new innovative advertising strategies
