Maureen Casey Cappadona is a 4th generation Washingtonian whose large local family has a long tradition in Real Estate, construction, development, and mortgage banking. Prior to her career n Real Estate Maureen sold Mercedes Benz, Rolls Royce, and Bentley automobiles for EuroMotorcars in Bethesda, Md. Maureen has served on the Boards of Trustees of charitable, educational, and business organizations and has been actively involved in The Washington Metropolitan Area business and social communities. For many years Maureen spearheaded the new agent training program at the "Billion Dollar" Bethesda Gateway office and currently acts as social chair for the many fun office events.

Maureen has more than 30 years experience in Real Estate and is highly skilled and enthusiastic. Networking, marketing, and negotiating are the tools that Maureen uses to support, guide, and advise her clients. In 2012 Maureen ranked in the top 100 Agents or over 14,000 Long and Foster Agents. She has earned the ranking of "founders Club" and is in the top 1% of agents nationwide.
