A regular on the Top Producers list from Lewith & Freeman, Maureen has been known for her yearly sales to exceed the $3 million mark. Maureen retains memberships in The Greater Scranton Board of Realtors, The Greater Scranton Multi-list Service, The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors. In addition, Maureen has completed the following Realtor’s Institute courses: Appraising Real Property, Applied Residential Property Valuation, Standards of Professional Practice, USPAP, GRI, graduate of the Realtor Institute.

Maureen is also a Senior Residential Appraiser Candidate, having received an extensive education in the field of real property analysis and appraisal. In addition to the several courses she has completed, Maureen has an additional source to credit for her real estate sensibilities: her father. While in college, Maureen began working with her dad at Frank Golden Real Estate – as a second-generation Realtor, Maureen is remarkably well-equipped to succeed in the business. A resident of North Pocono, Maureen handles residential properties and oversees the buying and selling process of homes in Elmhurst, Moscow, Jefferson Twp., the North Pocono Area, Scranton, Duryea, and properties in Clarks Summit, among other locations. Serving the Greater Scranton area, Maureen served as the president of The Greater Scranton Board of Realtors in 2011 and won Realtor of the Year in 2012, for the Greater Scranton Area.
