If I could give Maureen Howe more than 5 stars, I most definitely would. I have relied on her on several occasions over the years to appraise my home for various reasons and she always made sure I got what I needed, when I needed it. Boy Maureen was amazing!

We selected Maureen to sell our home because she really is a Chelmsford Local. She knew the value of our home, where it is located, the upgrades we made and the excellent condition in which we have kept it. I feel that she really believed in the value of our home and would push hard to realize that value with the prospective buyers.

Beyond believing in us and our home, Maureen pulled so many rabbits out or her hat. We were in and out of town during the sale and Maureen really picked up the slack in helping get the house ready for sale. She had cleaners there when ours couldn't make it, had a hedge trimmer show up on a Saturday with no notice and found an almost impossible to get window washer to show up on a Sunday - just WOW!

Finally, Maureen was there to help with any little cleanup items or advise as we proceeded toward closing. No task was beneath her in making the sale happen. Maureen just goes the distance and gets it done. Thank you so much Maureen!

We first met Maureen about 6 years ago when she helped our daughter purchase her home. Maureen's attentiveness to our daughters needs and desires impressed us so much that we decided when we started looking to downsize, Maureen would be the realtor we turned to.
We started looking with Maureen for a single floor ranch back in the May timeframe. We went to multiple open houses and private showings of several homes in the Chelmsford area, but each house had some drawbacks which would require substantial cost to correct the deficiencies or us compromising on our desires. At each of the houses we looked at, Maureen would point out the qualities of the home that met our needs, along with the negative aspects of the home that either did not meet our needs or would result in costly upgrade expense to rectify the shortcomings.
When we found the 'right' home, Maureen never tried to influence us into placing an offer. When we said we really liked the house and wanted to submit an offer, Maureen concurred as to how well the house met our needs. Maureen worked with the seller's realtor helping us to submit a winning offer. Out of 14 offers, with Maureen's help and guidance we were able to submit a winning bid.
Once our offer was accepted, Maureen continued assisting us, recommending a mortgage broker and lawyer to handle the purchase and sale and closing. Maureen also continuously advised us of what we needed to be doing to ensure we were on track for meeting our closing and eventual move.
Overall, Maureen's assistance was invaluable. She is a true professional who dedicates her time working with you to satisfy your desires. Now that we have closed on our purchase, we look forward to working with Maureen as she places our existing home on the market for sale. As with our purchase, we anticipate another positive experience with Maureen as we sell our house.
We just closed on our old house yesterday. The experience working with Maureen as a seller was as equally rewarding as when we were purchasing our new home. Maureen coordinated the staging and photography for listing our house and the home sold in 5 days. When we contacted our septic company to get our Title 5 Inspection, we were told that they wouldn't be able to do it for over a month. Maureen reached out to a contact of hers, and we had the inspection performed within a few days. When the inspection revealed a needed repair, Maureen's contact committed to performing all the work such that we would have our Title 5 certificate 2 weeks prior to the scheduled closing.
Maureen was such a reassuring force as we worked to get our house sold, guiding us and coordinating needed actions to ensure that the closing went forward as scheduled.
We cannot thank Maureen enough for her assistance on both our purchase and now our sale. She is one of a kind, and we do not hesitate recommending Maureen to anyone.

If you are serious about buying or selling your home, Maureen is the person to call. I utilized the app Next Door to ask for a realtor referral. Her name was brought up so often, I decided to reach out to her. She took us from listing day to signed offer on our home in a record-breaking 3 days during a pandemic! Maureen is an absolute professional and really knows what she is doing.

We specifically wanted someone VERY familiar with the Greater Lowell real-state market, specifically Chelmsford. She is so well connected, selling our house, even during Covid felt like a breeze with her on our side.
