A top producing Realtor since 2002, Maureen comes from a family of Real Estate agents. With a degree in Economics from Notre Dame of Maryland University and experience as a Commercial Marketing Officer in the banking sector, Maureen developed a strong market understanding and cultivated crucial interpersonal, client management skills. A resident of Maryland for most of her life, Maureen has an in-depth knowledge of the communities around Baltimore, Baltimore County and Anne Arundel County. Because of years of active volunteering in both public and private schools, Maureen is familiar with the vast variety of educational opportunities in the Baltimore area.
Maureen strives to guide her clients through each step of the home buying or selling process. She maintains an up-to-date list of local, reliable contractors and helps to prioritize which projects are most important when staging or readying your home for sale.
Maureen is a Life Member of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association and a Certified Negotiation Expert. An avid gardener and winner of Sunpaper Garden of the Year, Maureen enjoys cultivating flower and food gardens at her home as well as working with the Greater Ruxton Area Foundation toward the beautification and preservation of the community. Mother to three and grandmother to two, Maureen currently resides in Ruxton with her husband John.
