Maureen Mayotte

Maureen C. Mayotte, a partner, practices primarily in the areas of sophisticated estate and business planning, corporate representation, individual tax and retirement planning, administration of estates, representation of guardians, conservators and fiduciaries, and real estate exchanges and conveyancing.

Maureen has extensive experience in counseling closely held companies and their owners on corporate and individual tax matters and estate planning opportunities. She is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Formerly an officer with Brookline Trust Company and Patriot Bank, she is a graduate of University of Massachusetts (Boston State College) (BS, 1970), Suffolk University Law School (JD, cum laude, 1979) and the Boston University School of Law (LLM in Taxation, 1981).

Maureen is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Florida, the United States Federal District Court of Massachusetts, the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Claims, and the United States Supreme Court. She is a member of the Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations and a fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation.
