Maureen McElduff Mullaney

Maureen (McElduff) Mullaney joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hudson Valley Properties in February 2021. Maureen is excited to redirect her experience in business and project management to a career in real estate. She is eager to apply her communication and teaming skills by listening to her clients’ needs and developing a plan for the successful sale or purchase of their homes.
Maureen is familiar with the area as a proud, lifelong Dutchess County resident. She grew up in Beacon with a large extended family and has owned homes in the Town of Poughkeepsie and the Town of Beekman, where she currently resides. She is a graduate of Our Lady of Lourdes High School and Marist College, and a recent retiree of IBM Poughkeepsie. She has been married for 28 years to her husband, Kevin, a retired high school Chemistry teacher. They are parents of two adult daughters who attended the Arlington School District and they have a son-in-law who is currently serving overseas in the U.S. Army. She loves the beautiful Hudson Valley and is excited to help her clients and neighbors with all their future real estate needs.
