We knew instantly that Maureen was the realtor for us. She was very honest, patient, knowledgeable and helpful with the home buying process. She carefully researched homes that matched what we needed and she didn't rush us into choosing a home. We never felt forced to make a decision or offer on any of the homes that we walked through. We finally found our home and Maureen walked us through every step of the way. She was so patient and was always just a call away. Last year, We were on the journey of looking for a home and the process was so stressful. I think we looked at over 30 homes and put in several offers and weren't successful at all. There were at least 10 to 20 other people who were bidding on the homes that we made offers on. We started to feel very discouraged and wanted to give up. We found Maureen Repp through the redfin app, emailed her and right away she contacted us back. After speaking with her on the phone, I immediately felt a sense of calm because she got the ball rolling immediately with what we were looking for in our forever home. In no time she gathered a list of homes that would suit my family and our needs. She was on time, very personable, and communicated with us every step of the way. She had great depth of knowledge about the homes and the locations they were in. Within less than 2 weeks we found the perfect match! Maureen immediately started the process of getting us a contract, shortly after she got us locked in. The process moved so quickly after that with the inspection, walk-through and then closing on our home. Whenever there was an issue or concern during the process, she addressed them with patience and even advised us on issues that we did not recognize concerning the home and made suggestions on how to remedy them. Settlement day went so smoothly! Maureen definitely went above and beyond her call during the closing process.... even after we moved in, she followed up to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend Maureen to anyone who may be in the process of purchasing a new home.. You can rest assure.. Maureen Repp will get you settled!!
