Please allow me this opportunity to introduce myself on a more personal level. I have been a resident of the Rochester community and Monroe County for almost 41 years and have lived on both the Westside and the Eastside of the Genesee River in several locations. I currently reside in Brighton. I should say that real estate is my first love preceded only by my family of two children and three grandchildren. Early on in my real estate career about 31 years I decided to broaden my horizons and offer my services outside of Monroe County. This step has given me a wide spectrum of knowledge about 5 counties the Finger Lakes Region and an additional 7 counties. Rochester has been named in several national publications as one of the best places to live and own a home!
The Greater Rochester Region is packed with so many great attributes and amenities including our waterfronts: Lake Ontario, the Genesee River, Irondequoit and Sodus Bays, Canandaigua and Conesus Lakes, Cayuga and Seneca lakes Long Pond and Cranberry Ponds just to mention a few. You want sports; we have Rochester Rhinos, Buffalo Bills, and the LPGA every year. The PGA was just here in 2003 and the Ryder Cup has also been here. We also boast the Eastman School of Music, George Eastman's House, Lakefront concerts, wonderful music events all year long and impressive winter events. There are many great schools to choose from. Public, private and parochial schools are plentiful from kindergarten through high school. Then we have the University of Rochester, Nazareth and St. John Fischer Colleges, Rochester Institute of Technology/NTID, Colgate Divinity and our own Monroe Community College just to name a few. Clearly, Rochester has a lot to offer!
