Jack and Maureen did a solid job of managing the sale of our father's home after he passed.
They replied promptly to our communication, and answered all questions patiently. They fixed problems with paperwork that we identified in a timely fashion.
They gave us sound guidance and advice on listing, staging, and preparing for sale. They helped find charities to donate unwanted items, cleaners to get the house ready for photos and selling, and repair companies to deal with items found during the inspection.
They effectively managed all of the details after we returned to our homes out of state. That allowed us to complete our remaining responsibilities remotely, and this saved us a lot of worry.
The final fees were within what they quoted us, and the house sold for more than they estimated.
Overall, we were happy with the job they did and the end result of the process.

When we were trying to establish a viable selling price the research Jack presented was very impressive and made it easy to come up with a good price that would move the house and give us the cash we needed. The presentation of the property on Zillow and their website was very professional and classy. The house was sold, prior to the first Open House at above list price. I never heard of such a thing.
