About Maureen

Maureen joined Pyramid Brokerage Company in 2000 after spending 14 years with Pyramid’s predecessor office and was named President of the Binghamton office, which includes the Corning/Elmira and the Ithaca sub offices, in 2001. In 2021 she assumed a new role as Vice President for business development.

She has handled a broad range of commercial property transactions including industrial, retail, office and investment, and has been instrumental in organizing the Pyramid Investment Properties Group. Background work includes systems development for IBM and in regional health planning. She is the past president of NYSCAR, Upstate New York CCIM, and Upstate New York SIOR Chapter. In addition, she serves on numerous community boards. She is the former president of the Broome Community College Foundation Board and the president emeritus of the Binghamton Philharmonic Board and a member of the Binghamton University Council.
