Mauri is a fantastic realtor and I truly enjoyed working with her to purchase my first home. I felt intimidated by the home buying process in the beginning but her expertise, attentiveness, and guidance made it seamless. She was patient and thoughtful throughout the process even though I was undecided at times on my wants in a first home. I valued the fact she did not try to push or sway me in any way. I can not say enough good things about Mauri and how easy she made the process. I highly recommend her when buying or selling your next home!

Mauri Tracy listed my home March 2020 right in the middle of the COVID19 Pandemic. With society not knowing what was going to happen next in such a fluid environment my home went Active on the MLS on a Friday and I had 4 solid offers on Monday. This was made possible by Mauri Tracy performing her due diligence listing my home at the highest sellable price. I also received a full price offer with no contingencies. Mrs. Tracy worked with the buyer's agent side by side navigating smoothly through the property inspection and appraisal processes. She handled everything on my behalf as I had just moved out of state. Mrs. Tracy is great at communicating. She always returned my phone calls, texts and emails within a very short time. If you decide to hire Mauri Tracy I am confident she will work as hard for you as she did for me.

Mauri is a wonderful realtor! She is reliable and truly cared about helping us find the right house for our family. She took the time to get to know us and get an idea of what we were looking for in a home.

We moved from Georgia to Colorado during the Covid pandemic. We had a general idea of where we wanted to live and Mauri supported us through every step in the process. She is so knowledgeable about the housing market and the areas we were interested in buying. She guided us and helped us understand things that are important like radon (which is not an issue in GA). I was so thankful for her patience and willingness to keep looking until we found the house we wanted to call home.

In addition to helping us find a house, There are so many little things that Mauri did to make the transition from GA to CO less lonely. She knew that half our family was in GA selling our house and the other was here in CO looking to buy a house. The entire process had it’s challenges with Covid precautions, a sellers market, and closing on both houses on the same day. Mauri was the calm in the storm that helped us get through it all.

From our initial meeting to now, Mauri has been a wonderful friend to our family. I am so thankful for the opportunity to work with her. She helped us make Colorado our home.
