He negotiated when needed and was always on our side. He is a great people person, very professional, and thanks to him, we will be closing on our first home this week! Maurice and his staff were phenomenal in assisting to get our home when we relocated from Maryland. We'd tried several other realtors and they were okay but were pale in comparison.

When we found homes of potential interest he was always very responsive in getting back to us and setting up a schedule to view them. When the homes didn't quite meet our expectations, he was extremely helpful in assisting to find alternatives based on the communications we provided.

We were so please with the experience that we gave a strong recommendation to other members of our family and he didn't disappoint. Placing them all in very nice homes that they're very happy with. My husband and I really liked how honest Maurice was in every step of the process and how he didn't try to coerce us into a home based on monetary value. We strongly recommend him with very high ratings.
