We started working with Maurice early July of this year, he saw my husband and I were looking for our first home on the Internet, oh boy were we overwhelmed. Enter Maurice asking us specifically what we were looking for, we met, we looked, we talked and one day we looked at our top two picks three times in one day!!!!! Maurice patiently walked back and forth in the 100 degree temperature, what a day.
