We have used Copious mire than once. The experience was personable and made taking care of business and enjoyable! Real Estate transactions can often be frustrating and tiredsome. The Copious Team is patient and have a wealth of knowledge. Maurice Jones is a prime example of a great realtor. He was patient knowledgeable and dedicated with every question and detail that we were looking for. Copious Realty went above and beyond our expectations. They happily answered every question we had, even if I asked the same question 3 weeks later. They were honest and upfront about how the buying process worked. They were open to our ideas and made the deal happen. They worked close with the mortgage company every step of the way and fought to make sure the seller kept their end of the deal on repairs we wanted done before buying. Even during the early phase of a pandemic they safely made it happen. Copious Realty is in a class by itself.
