Maurice Thorbs

Maurice Thorbs is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications & Media Arts from Chicago State University. His journey into real estate began with a passion for property investment, starting with house flips alongside a friend. Later, he expanded his experience by purchasing a two-flat building in Woodlawn, successfully house-hacking while managing short- and mid-term rentals.

Licensed since September 2023, Maurice is eager to immerse himself fully in the real estate industry. Although he is still building his experience as an agent, his hands-on background in investing gives him a unique perspective. Currently working in a support role at Comcast Business, his ultimate goal is to grow his real estate business, transition into the field full-time, and create lasting success in the industry
